This policy applies to all content you upload or generate and to every aspect of your use of the service. Using the platform constitutes agreement to comply with it.

Any content or use that violates applicable laws and regulations, or incites their violation, is prohibited.

• Bypassing, disabling, or evading content filters or safety controls.
• Evading rate limits, the credit system, or technical restrictions.

• Impersonating individuals or entities.
• Misleading synthetic media, fake endorsements, or false evidence.
• Harmful content involving public figures or other people without the right or permission.

Do not use DragPath outputs as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, employment, insurance, law-enforcement, or other high-impact decisions.

• Fake documents, fake IDs, or fake receipts.
• Phishing assets or deceptive ads.
• Impersonation of companies or financial scams.

• Misleading use of protected brands or logos.
• Use of copyrighted characters or artwork without rights.
• Use of third-party likenesses without the rights to do so.

Uploading or processing other people's personal data without a lawful basis or permission, or using the service in a way that violates others' privacy, is prohibited.

• Severe violence or its glorification.
• Threats or incitement to harm.
• Hate or targeting of protected groups.

• Hacking, scraping, credential abuse, or malware.
• Denial-of-service, reverse engineering, or malicious automation.
• Credit farming or reselling accounts or access.
• Dataset extraction for model training.

When this policy is violated, DragPath may refuse processing, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, revoke credits, or report illegal activity where necessary. To report a violation or for any question, contact us at support@dragpath.ai.
