We believe you should never have to choose between creative power, workflow consistency, and control over your content. DragPath is designed to deliver all three together: capable tools, repeatable results, and clear ownership of your work and your data.

• You retain all rights in the images, files, and material you upload.
• We don't sell user content or personal data.
• We don't use your images, prompts, outputs, or workflows to train DragPath-owned models.
• We use your content only to run the service, process your requests, generate results, save workflows, and improve security and the user experience.

• We collect only the data needed to run, secure, and improve the service.
• We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your account and content.
• We work with service providers chosen for appropriate privacy and security practices.

• Some DragPath features rely on third-party AI infrastructure and model providers.
• When you run a workflow, we may share only the data needed to process the request — such as prompts, reference images, generation settings, and intermediate outputs.
• We try to use providers with appropriate privacy and security practices, but we do not promise that all providers never train on data unless this is verified.
• Result quality and processing time may vary depending on the model, load, and service availability.

• Credits are designed to make your usage transparent.
• Different operations may cost different credits based on model type, output type, quality, resolution, duration, or complexity.
• Where possible, the cost of an operation is shown before you run it, so you stay aware of your usage.
• Subscription credits, top-up credits, and promotional credits may follow different expiration rules depending on their source and your plan, as explained in the Terms of Service.

We work with teams and businesses to discuss custom workflow, procurement, security, and legal requirements. We don't promise enterprise compliance certifications, but we aim to find the right arrangement for each team.
