Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms form a binding agreement between you and DragPath and govern your access to and use of the platform, including your account, credits, outputs, and all features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DragPath, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Definitions
- "Account": the account you create to access and use the service.
- "User Content": the images, files, and material you upload.
- "Input": the prompts and settings you enter to run a request.
- "Output": the results the service generates from your inputs.
- "Workflow": the sequence of nodes you build to generate visual assets.
- "Credits": internal usage units consumed when running paid features.
- "Usage Data": data about your activity, runs, and related logs.
- "Team / Workspace": the arrangement that lets multiple users work within shared workflows, where available.
3. Account & Eligibility
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract (the age of legal capacity in your country).
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for protecting your credentials.
- If you use DragPath on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
- If the service supports third-party login / SSO, that use is also subject to the external login provider's terms.
4. Teams & Authorized Users
- Team or workspace owners are responsible for the users they invite.
- Actions by team members may consume credits or affect shared workflows.
- DragPath may add or remove team features over time.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, Top-Ups, and Taxes
DragPath may be offered through free plans, paid plans, recurring subscriptions, or separate credit top-ups. Each plan or purchase is subject to the limits, features, and prices shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
Subscriptions may renew monthly or annually, depending on the plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals only and does not automatically refund payments for the current or previous periods.
Subscription fees and credit purchases are payable in advance unless stated otherwise at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and you authorize DragPath and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees for plans, subscriptions, credit top-ups, or any other purchases made through your account.
You are responsible for accurate billing and payment information, and for any bank fees, transfer fees, disputes, or charges related to the payment method you use.
If a payment fails, is canceled, disputed, charged back, or any due amount remains unpaid, DragPath may suspend your account, restrict access to paid features, remove the credits related to the transaction, or stop services until the matter is resolved.
Taxes, including VAT, may apply depending on your billing location and applicable law. Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes, depending on what appears on the pricing page, the invoice, or the checkout screen.
DragPath may change pricing, plan benefits, usage limits, or the credit system from time to time. Changes to recurring subscriptions apply at the next renewal, unless stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
6. Credits and Usage Limits
Credits may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, rented, assigned, or redeemed for cash, and may be used only inside DragPath for platform-defined purposes, unless DragPath explicitly allows otherwise in writing or through an official platform feature.
Credits are consumed when running models, using paid features, generating images or video, or performing any credit-based operation. Credit cost may vary by model type, operation type, output quality, image resolution, video duration, number of reference images, number of outputs, complexity, or other operational factors.
Accounts and plans may be subject to usage limits, including limits on the number of users, operations, video duration, file size, request rate, workflows, or available credits. DragPath may adjust these limits when needed, for operational, technical, commercial, or security reasons.
If you exceed usage limits or run out of available credits, some features may be restricted or new jobs may stop until you buy additional credits, upgrade to a suitable plan, or renew your subscription.
Credit validity varies by source and plan:
- Monthly subscription credits are valid only during the billing cycle in which they are granted. At the end of the billing cycle, any unused subscription credits expire or reset; upon renewal, the applicable plan fee is charged and a fresh monthly credit allowance is granted according to the active plan. Subscription credits do not accumulate or automatically roll over from month to month unless the plan expressly states otherwise.
- Top-up credits are credits purchased or added separately from the monthly subscription allowance, and are valid for three (3) months from the purchase or addition date unless stated otherwise at purchase.
- If the user cancels, downgrades, payment fails, or policies are violated, DragPath may cancel or remove promotional credits according to these Terms.
- Free, trial, promotional, or granted credits may be subject to their own expiration, limits, or revocation rules, and may be revoked if abused, granted by mistake, or for security or fraud-prevention reasons.
When a generation or processing job fails due to a documented technical error by DragPath or by an external infrastructure or model provider, DragPath may refund the credits consumed for that job, automatically or manually, based on system logs and its approved refund process.
DragPath does not guarantee credit refunds where the failure or unsatisfactory result stems from unclear inputs, policy-violating inputs, unsupported content, unsuitable settings, a user-side connection issue, closing the page, misuse, attempts to bypass restrictions, or a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
By the nature of AI, results can vary between attempts. Your dissatisfaction with an output, or an output not perfectly matching your expectations, does not automatically qualify for a credit refund unless there is a documented technical failure in processing the request.
DragPath reserves the right to correct credit balances in case of a technical, accounting, or operational error, including credits granted by mistake, incorrect deductions, payment reversals, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
7. Content, Inputs & Your Representations
- You are solely responsible for the images, files, text, prompts, and any material you upload.
- You represent and warrant that you have the right or permission to use and process any content you upload through the service.
- You represent that your inputs do not infringe others' rights or violate the law or the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. User Content & Limited License
- You keep ownership of the content you upload.
- You grant DragPath a limited license to process, store, transmit, and modify your content as technically necessary to generate outputs, maintain workflows, enforce policies, secure the platform, and provide support.
- We don't use user content to train DragPath-owned models.
9. Inputs & Outputs
- You are responsible for your inputs and outputs.
- Due to the nature of AI, outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users.
- DragPath does not guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, legally safe, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.
- You must review outputs before publishing, selling, advertising, or otherwise using them legally or commercially.
10. Third-Party AI Infrastructure & Model Providers
- Some features rely on third-party providers.
- By using those features, you authorize DragPath to share the necessary inputs, outputs, settings, and metadata with those providers to process your request.
- DragPath may add, remove, replace, or modify models and features over time.
11. Open-Source & Third-Party Terms
Some components, models, or technologies may be subject to open-source or third-party terms where applicable.
12. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, DragPath may use them without obligation to you, while not claiming ownership of your own content.
13. Storage & Backups
- DragPath is not a backup or archival service.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files, prompts, workflows, and outputs.
- Saved workflows are a product feature, not a permanent storage guarantee.
14. Prohibited Use
Using DragPath for any of the following is prohibited; full details apply in the Acceptable Use Policy:
- Illegal content and intellectual-property infringement.
- Harmful deepfakes and impersonation.
- Minors exploitation, explicit sexual content, severe violence, or hate.
- Fraud and scams.
- Hacking, bypassing credits or guardrails, and reverse engineering.
- Scraping, dataset extraction for model training, and unauthorized resale.
15. Suspension & Termination
- DragPath may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for policy violations, payment failure, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or risk to the platform or its users.
- You may request account deletion at any time.
- Some terms survive termination, such as payment obligations, content responsibility, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
16. DragPath Intellectual Property
- The platform, its software, design, trademarks, and logos remain the property of DragPath or its licensors.
- These Terms grant you no right to DragPath's marks or brand without prior written permission.
17. Service Availability
The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, high demand, provider issues, security events, or force majeure. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragPath is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages caused by misuse or failure to review outputs. This limitation does not exclude anything that cannot be excluded by law.
20. Indemnity & User Responsibility
You are responsible for claims arising from your content, inputs, outputs, or misuse of DragPath, including infringement, privacy violations, or illegal use.
21. Force Majeure
DragPath is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as technical failures, external-provider outages, disasters, regulatory actions, or network disruptions.
22. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We seek to resolve any dispute amicably first; failing that, the competent authorities and courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction.
23. Changes
DragPath may update its Terms, pricing, features, credits, models, and policies. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use means acceptance.
